3. Data Collection on Our Website

3.1 Server Log Files

3.2 Waitlist Registration Form

If you use our waitlist registration form, we collect the data you provide (company name, contact name, email, role, and optional message). Before submitting the form, you must provide your explicit consent by checking the consent checkbox. We process this data to respond to your waitlist request based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Email Delivery and Form Processing

For sending and receiving contact form submissions, we use Mailgun Technologies, Inc., 112 E Pecan St. #1135, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA. Your form data (such as name, email address, and message) may be processed on servers in the United States. The data transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We are in the process of concluding a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Mailgun to ensure appropriate safeguards.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). The use is based on your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can give via our cookie banner.

Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We have activated IP anonymization, which means your IP address will be truncated within the EU/EEA before transfer.
